Refund policy
At Rosemin Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a free return policy within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable condition
- All original packaging, seals, tags, and inserts must be intact
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Rosemin Customer Care as soon as possible after delivery.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and upon confirmation, we will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on availability and your preference
In these cases, Rosemin will cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free for all eligible returns
- Instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or
- Issued as store credit, depending on the original form of payment and eligibility
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used beauty products (unless damaged or defective)
- Final sale or promotional items (where indicated)
